Iran drags down Mid-East June crude steel production

Due to power cuts that began in early June, Iran's crude steel production fell to 2.61 million tonnes in June from 3.25mt in May and 2.85mt in June 2023.  Iran's January-June output of 16.64mt grew by 5.9% compared to the previous year.
