Iowa board approves Bakken pipeline construction
The Iowa Utilities Board has granted pipeline builder Dakota Access permission to begin construction on its Bakken oilfield line, Kallanish understands.
The board restricted Dakota to construction in areas where all applicable permitting has been completed. Several legs of the pipeline are still undergoing regulatory review.
