Investment group Gesco raises capital stock

Gesco, a German industrial holding with assets in the steel industry, is carrying out a capital increase to allow for further internal and external investment. As reported by Kallanish, at the end of last year Gesco finalised the takeover of Pickhardt & Gerlach Group (PGW), a steel strip coating company. It also owns speciality steel maker Dörrenberg.
