Interpipe output recovers in March
Ukrainian pipemaker Interpipe decreased crude steel production in the first quarter to 193,200 tonnes, down by 10.8% on-year, Kallanish notes. This was however a recovery from an 18% decline in January-February.
In March alone, the company produced 79,500t of steel, while in February it was 58,800t.
