Insteel expects robust demand from US construction industry
The construction industry's demand for wire rod in the US has yet to reach its peak, suggests North Carolina-based US producer Insteel Industries.
Insteel believes that federal stimulus granted by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), in combination with the mandate for domestically-produced materials for construction projects, will lead to increasing demand throughout the rest of this fiscal year.
