Insteel adds Summit Materials ceo to board
US wire producer Insteel has appointed a construction materials executive to its board of directors, Kallanish understands.
Summit Materials ceo Abney Boxley III will join the board effective 1 April. Boxley also serves as a director on the boards of RGC Resources, Pinnacle Financial Partners and the Carilion Clinic.
