Indonesia’s CMP secures funding for ferronickel smelters
Indonesia’s PT Ceria Metalindo Prima (CMP) has secured a syndicated loan from Bank Mandiri, Bank BJB and Bank Sulselbar worth $277.69 million for a ferronickel palnt in Lapao-Pao, Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, Kallanish learns.
The term loan will support the construction of the first rotary kiln electric furnace (RKEF) in the plant. In the long run, CMP intends to add four RKEFs and a high-pressure acid leach (HPAL) nickel plant, according to the company&rsquo…
