Indonesian-German ferronickel production JV moves forward
Indonesian miner PT Antam has signed a project development agreement (PDA) with Germany’s Cronimet and Ferrostaal to jointly develop a long-term ferronickel production facility in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The intention is to manufacture of nickel pig iron (NPI) over the next few years.
