Indonesia Haiyang Steel commissions HRC mill
Indonesia's Haiyang Special Steel (PT Lautan Baja Indonesia) put its new hot strip mill into production on 13 August, according to the project contractor, China's Tianjin-based Zhongzhong Science & Technology.
