Indonesia finalises review on Chinese section imports
The Indonesian Anti Dumping Committee has made its third anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on H and I sections originating in or imported from China. It has recommended that the Indonesian Ministry of Finance extend the validity period of AD duties for five years, Kallanish notes.
The duties are on H and I sections under HS codes 7216.32.10, 7216.32.90, 7216.33.11 and 7216.33.19. All Chinese producers and exporters face a duty rate of 11.93% if the proposal …
