India's Visa Steel seeks clearance to resume ironmaking
The Odisha State Pollution Control Board’s order to close Visa Steel (VSL)’s ferroalloys and direct reduced iron plants will have “… no material impact” on production, says the Indian steelmaker. This is because it is carrying out maintenance work on these units, earlier than previously planned.
