India's NCL sets up China pre-engineered steel JV
NCL Industries has signed an agreement to establish a joint venture with China’s Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Company to manufacture pre-engineered steel structures in India.
The Secunderabad-based building materials manufacturer will hold a 70% stake in the JV, with the Chinese steel structures fabricator holding the balance. The estimated project cost is INR 35 crores ($4.9 million), while NCL’s equity investment will be INR 7.70 crores.
