India’s Kirloskar Ferrous Industries acquires ISMT
Kirloskar Ferrous Industries (KFIL) has announced the scheme of arrangement and merger to amalgamate and consolidate the entire undertaking business and operations of Indian Seamless Metal Tubes (ISMT). The appointed date of the proposed scheme is 1 April 2023, Kallanish notes.
According to KFIL, the proposed scheme includes transferring all the assets and property, as well as liabilities of ISMT immediately, before the merger appointed date to KFIL by the merger.…
