India’s Kirloskar Ferrous completes ISMT majority shareholding acquisition
India’s Kirloskar Ferrous Industries (KFIL) has completed the acquisition of a 51.25% stake in Indian Seamless Metal Tubes (ISMT), it informs in a stock exchange filing.
