India’s July automotive production, deliveries increase
Indian automotive output rose 5% on-year to 2,197,954 units in July, against 2,099,035 units produced in the same period last year, reports the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
On-month, output grew by 6% against 2,081,148 units produced in June. Output includes passenger vehicles (PV), commercial vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers and quadricycles.
Output in April-July surged 21% on-year to 8,267,268 units, against 6,545,619 units last year…
