India’s ISMT to sell captive power plant
India’s ISMT has entered into a business transfer agreement with Omsairam Steels and Alloys, for the sale of its 40-megawatt captive power plant on a slump sale basis.
According to ISMT, the captive power plant was non-operational since 1 April 2014, Kallanish notes.
