India’s IMFA receives land approval for ferrochrome expansion
Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys (IMFA) has been allotted 124.26 acres by the land allotment committee for its ferrochrome expansion project in Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex (KNIC), Jajpur, Odisha.
The feroalloys producer aims to commence the said ferrochrome greenfield project expansion at its Kalinganagar unit in Odisha in 2022. The firm plans to invest INR 550 crore ($73.98 million) in the project (see Kallanish passim).
