India’s February automotive production falls, deliveries grow
Indian automotive output decreased 2% on-year to 1,754,922 units in February, against 1,795,514 units produced in the same period a year earlier, reports the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
On-month, output dropped by 8% against 1,904,364 units produced in January. Output includes passenger vehicles (PV), commercial vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers and quadricycles.
Output in April 2022-February 2023 surged 14% on-year to 22,750,797 units…
