Indian Steel Association welcomes lockdown easing plan
The Indian Steel Association (ISA) says revised government guidelines to allow operations in mining, construction and infrastructure amid the Covid-19 lockdown will help generate demand for the steel sector.
Earlier this week the Indian government announced some loosening from 20 April of measures implemented to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The country entered a nationwide lockdown from 25 March.
