Indian scrap imports fall despite doubled US-origin intake
Indian imports of ferrous scrap under HS code 7204 slumped -9% on-year in February to 484,680 tonnes, Kallanish learns from Indian commerce ministry provisional data. They had rebounded in January following four consecutive months of declines.
