Indian ore exports surge again, Brazil sources tonnage

Indian iron ore exports surged 41% on-year in November 2020 to 4.05 million tonnes, again driven by Chinese demand, according to Indian commerce ministry provisional data monitored by Kallanish. China increased intake by 38% to 3.34mt. Japanese intake surged 97% to 361,420t and major iron ore exporter Brazil took in 114,580t versus zero a year earlier.
