Indian HRC export activity remains weak
Indian hot and cold rolled coil export activity to Europe remains weak, with traders noting the market remains unchanged due to weak demand and high Indian offer prices, Kallanish learns from sources.
In Europe, India-origin HRC offers remained flat on-week, at around $645-655/tonne cfr Antwerp, or $595-605/t fob India, for S235 grade, August shipment. However, sources said these prices were too high and buyers would likely consider $630-635/t cfr levels instead.&…
