Indian exports surge again in April
Indian finished steel exports surged 141.7% on-year in April to 747,000 tonnes, according to an Indian Joint Plant Committee (JPC) report seen by Kallanish. This was, however, down on the massive 1.62 million t exported in March. Domestic consumption in April rose 3.4% to 6.02mt.
