Indian coking coal production rises marginally in February
Indian coking coal production grew 5.49% on-year to 5.95 million tonnes in February, against 5.64mt produced a year earlier. Output in April 2022-February 2023 surged 21.19% on-year to 53.44mt, against 44.1mt a year earlier, Kallanish notes.
Output also grew marginally on-month in February, by 3.3% versus 5.76mt produced in January.
