Indian automotive production, sales increase on demand uptick
Indian automotive output surged 20% on-year to 2,042,575 units in November, against 1,696,012 units produced in the same period last year, reports the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
On-month, output dropped by 7% against 2,191,090 units produced in October. Output includes passenger vehicles (PV), commercial vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers and quadricycles.
