India’s April automotive production slips marginally, sales recover
Indian automotive output inched down 0.07% on-year to 1,874,461 units in April, against 1,875,698 units produced in the same period last year, reports the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). Output includes passenger vehicles (PV), commercial vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers and quadricycles.
