India’s annual coking coal production increases
Indian coking coal production grew 17.54% on-year to 60.77 million tonnes in the fiscal year ended 31 March 2023 (FY23), against 51.7mt produced a year earlier. Output in March, however, dropped 3.59% on-year to 7.73mt, Kallanish notes.
