India to widen CR stainless flats AD duties
India is likely to extend anti-dumping duties on some cold rolled stainless flat products, and also impose new AD duties on the same products in higher widths.
This follows the conclusion of the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties (DGAD)’s anti-circumvention investigation into imports of these products. The authority has recommended the new duty to have concurrent validity with the exiting measure.
