India terminates electrode anti-dumping duty amid shortage

India has terminated its anti-dumping duty on Chinese graphite electrodes following a mid-term review that found the health of the domestic industry has improved and there is now an electrode shortage in India. The review of the duty implemented in 2015 was requested by the Alloy Steel Producers Association of India (ASPA).
