India extends domestic-made steel procurement policy
India’s Ministry of Steel has extended the validity of the Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products (DMI&SP) policy for India-made steel by six months, the government says in a gazette notification. The extension of the revised policy will come into effect from 29 May 2024, which was the previous policy end date, Kallanish notes.
