India launches China seamless pipe anti-dumping sunset review
India has launched a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty on imports from China of carbon steel seamless pipe below 355.6mm in outside diameter. This follows an application from ISMT and Jindal SAW, Kallanish learns from the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR).
