India HRC export activity to Europe remains low
Indian hot and cold rolled coil export activity to Europe continues to be dull due to weak demand in the region and high Indian offer prices, Kallanish learns from sources.
Indian mills have slowly begun offering to the European market again, after being inactive during the April-June quarter due to shutdowns. Sources note that, rather than EU quota issues, it is higher pricing and weak demand that are impacting activity.
