Increased CIS-origin supply drives up Polish flats imports
Polish hot rolled flat product imports rose 19% on-year in January to 297,283 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish. Their average value was PLN 2,325/tonne ($608) versus PLN 2,263/t in January 2018.
