Improving US skelp prices drive tubular hikes
Increased US skelp prices appear to be encouraging knock-on tubular increases, Kallanish learns from Preston Pipe’s weekly report.
As reported by Preston, US Steel Tubular increased its seamless oil country tubular goods prices by $75/short ton on 18 September. Concurrently, EXLTube raised its prices for A500, A513, and A53 products by $50/st.
