Imported HRC offers trend up in GCC
Prices of ex-China hot rolled coil in the Gulf Cooperation Council are up $5-15/tonne on-week. Tube makers have yet to book their December-shipment enquiries, so they are in the market to close deals despite the increase, notes Kallanish.
