IDC's third-quarter sales rebound, exports still hampered
Izmir Demir Celik (IDC)’s revenue increased 12.4% on-year in January-September, recovering from the -1.3% fall in the first half-year.
The Turkish electric arc furnace-based steelmaker reported a 9% on-year increase in finished product sales in January-September to 1,002,032 tonnes, Kallanish learns from the firm. Billet sales doubled to 10,027t. Exports, however, decreased -10% to 245,081t.
