Hyundai Steel bids higher for Japanese scrap

South Korea’s Hyundai Steel has raised its bid prices for Japanese scrap in line with the firmer international scrap market, Kallanish hears. Its Friday bid prices are up JPY 1,000-1,500/tonne ($9-13/t) from its previous tender on 28 November.
