Huta Czestochowa suspends production, mulls acquisition by Greybull
ISD Huta Czestochowa (HCz) has suspended production indefinitely from the beginning of June due to a shortage in working capital needed to purchase scrap and pig iron feedstock, an informed source tells Kallanish.
The Polish heavy plate producer is also in talks for an acquisition by Greybull Capital, the source adds.
