Hurricane Florence loses force, remains threat
Hurricane Florence has been downgraded to a Category 2 storm, but the sheer size of the system is likely to cause further disruptions to the steel supply chain along the southern US East Coast.
Originally projected to be a Category 5 storm, Hurricane Florence was bumped down to Category 2 ahead of its anticipated landfall Thursday.
The storm is nearly 400 miles in diameter, however, so large swathes of North Carolina and South Carolina are likely be affected.…
