Hungary's Ózdi to increase wire rod capacity
Hungarian electric arc furnace-based long steelmaker OAM Ózdi Acélművek plans to invest some €20 million ($21.6m) into expanding its capacity and renewing some technology.
The investment is set to increase the firm’s annual wire rod capacity by 100,000 tonnes to 300,000t, with works lasting until 2018.
