Hunan Valin lands steelmaker for free
Central China’s Hunan Valin Group has received an 85.3% share of Yangchunxin Iron & Steel for free from the local State Assets Administration Committee Capital Administration, according an announcement from Valin's listed company. Yangchunxin is a steel longs producer southern coastal Guangdong, with around 2.8 million tonnes/year of steel products' capacity.
