Hunan targets high-ductility bar project completion by October
A new 5-million-tonne/year high ductility bar plant in YueYang city in Hunan Province is beginning to take shape. According to the contractor, the first phase is expected to be fully commissioned before 1 October 2019, Kallanish notes.
