Hunan adds scrap processing plant

The government of Lianyuan City in central China's Hunan Province signed a scrap processing and distribution project aggreement on 6 January. The project is located in the same city as Hunan's main private steel firm, Valin Group, Kallanish notes. It is reported that the capcaity of this scrap processing base is 800,000 tonnes/year.
