Hubei Shunle delays quantum EAF commission to September

Hubei Shunle Steel has delayed the commissioning of its quantum electric arc furnaces from May to September, Kallanish notes. The 2 million tonnes/year capacity high-strength steel base in Hubei's Xianning includes two 100-tonne quantum electric arc furnaces.
