Huaxi resumes work on relocation project
Hebei Huaxi Special Steel has resumed construction of its relocation project after work was halted on 3 February due to the coronavirus outbreak. It says it is working to make up time so it can still commission, as planned, by the end of June 2020, Kallanish notes.
The company has completed basic construction of the blast furnace and hot air stove. It will soon start to install the furnace shell.
