Huaigang Special seeks new EAF environmental approval

Huaigang Special Steel, a subsidiary of China-listed Shagang, is seeking environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval for its electric arc furnace upgrade project, according to the Jiangsu Province Department of Ecology and Environment.
