HRC shipments boost Turkey's steel exports in January
Turkish steel exports increased in year-on-year terms in January, mainly on the back of a surge in hot-rolled flat steel exports, Kallanish learns from the Turkish Steel Exporters' Association (CIB).
January's total steel exports volume reached 1.6 million tonnes, up 6.4% on-year and their total value grew 31.7% to $1.1 billion, CIB says in a statement.
