HRC, CRC prices in US slip
US hot rolled coil prices have decreased again this week, Kallanish confirms. The price of HRC is down to $700-720/short ton.
“I thought that we would be bouncing along an $800/st bottom, but that appears to have been breached,” a mill side source says.
However, the price of cold rolled coil is holding at $1,190-1,200/st on-week.
