Howard proposes new US-Mexico pipeline
US independent mid-streamer Howard Midstream Energy Partners said on 28 January that its Dos Águilas unit plans to construct/operate a 287-mile refined products line running from Corpus Christi, Texas, to Monterrey, Mexico.
