Honda’s April auto production plummets over March
Japanese car manufacturer Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced a huge decline in April production compared with March this year, although it was the second consecutive month of year-on-year increase in worldwide production.
The company saw total production of 273,763 units in April, slumping 35.1% month-on-month but surging 44.5% y-o-y, Kallanish notes. Within this, production declined in Asia, where monthly production halved from March to 101,374 units.
